Submit only properties you own or are authorized to represent. Provide accurate pricing, location, specifications and photographs; do not upload personal documents or misleading images.

Comply with applicable Indian real estate laws and MahaRERA requirements. Providing a registration number does not replace independent legal due diligence.

Submissions remain private until reviewed. Property Lords may request supporting documents, reject inaccurate listings or remove listings that are no longer available. The 24-hour review target is not a guarantee.

Your name and phone numbers are retained with your account and submission for review and inquiry coordination; they are not displayed on public property pages. Uploaded photos are watermarked. You may edit or delete your listing in My Listings.
